Our vision is to create a world where more women are in positions of social power and leadership, driving systemic change for their communities and countries through the strength of their collectives.
Action is more powerful when it is led by groups of emerging leaders with lived experience of systemic injustice. We support the collective to step into their power—trusting them to lead; facilitating collaboration and backing them when things are tough.
Our work is in service of communities that are marginalised. We are building our team and practices so that everyone who works with us feels valued, respected and impactful.
Courage requires us to face our challenges and fears; and keep moving forwards. We work with transformative leaders who want to shift power. We match this ambition by taking bold actions and driving results.
We believe that social change emerges through collective effort. We build trust by sharing decisions and learnings openly; and by taking responsibility for our actions.
Systemic change is most sustainable when we build relationships, trust each other and have fun. We actively look for playfulness and joy in our work. We love what we do and we show it!
We are focussed on building full-scale programs in Kenya, Nigeria and South Africa.
We are focussing on systemic change over a 10-year horizon driven by movements led by women leaders from marginalised communities.
When these women organise themselves into collectives that drive social impact, their individual and collective leadership to drive systemic change at scale is amplified.
